Get Your Fears Hacked In New Cyberpunk Horror Game: Observer

Created by Layers of Fear developer, the Kraków Poland-based Bloober Team, Observer is a horror game that combines a cyberpunk theme with a disorienting look and feel that hopes to illicit fear in gamers through confusion about what is real and what isn’t.

Though the theme isn’t entirely new, the idea of scanning others and discovering their innermost fears may be. Playing a detective that has the ability to “hack your fears”, Observer lets players dig deep into the unconscious minds of others in order to use their own fear against them.

No date was given, which means it is more than likely still quite a way from release, especially since Observer does not appear on the team’s official projects page. We’ll keep you up to date as more info becomes available.

Totally, and it doesn’t have a sultry computer voice that makes you sweat.

Sold. I mean, not really… I need more than this… but I want whatever it is as long as it doesn’t look different near release.

FYI, it’s “elicit”- “illicit” is an adjective that is used to describe illegal or otherwise unsavoury activities. Feel free to delete this comment after making the correction.
