Genshin Impact’s Pizza Hut event was absurdly popular when it made the rounds back in China last year.
So it’s no surprise that it’s found its way to host yet another Pizza Hut collab in Japan now with their recent announcement:

This event is based on the one which was held in Taiwan just a month ago. Customers of Pizza Hut will be able to obtain special boxes with Genshin Impact characters Yelan and Ningguang. Also, ordering these special boxes provides fans with special event items for the game as well.
One can check out the official website for more details. However, chances are that most readers here will be unable to participate given this event being Japan exclusive. The campaign runs from May 1, 2023 through June 18, 2023, though the Tweet announcement seems to have an error in date.
Given how popular the Pizza Hut event was in China, it’s likely this one will garner a lot of attention in Japan as well. However, since it’s not limited to a single day, they most likely won’t run into issues. Like any of these store promos, the special boxes are in limited supply.
