MiHoYo have released a new teaser trailer for Kaedehara Kazuha, an upcoming character for their gacha action-RPG, Genshin Impact.

Kaedehara Kazuha is the new 5-star Anemo sword-wielding character being added in the next stage of the current 1.6 update. He will be the focus of the Leaves in the Wind limited time wish banner, that will go live sometime after the current Klee banner expires.

Kaedehara Kazuha will also be the focus of a soon to be released Archon Quest that sets up the story for the release of the Inazuma region later this year. He will also apparently play a large role in the Inazuma questline, once it releases alongside the new region.

Another new addition in 1.6 that is about to go live is the Legend of the Vagabond Sword limited time event. This event involves challenging revamped versions of the Primo Geovishap, Oceanid, and Maguu Kenki boss fights.

Like previous boss rush events, players will get extra points to acquire various rewards by activating modifiers before the battle to make the encounter more challenging. Rewards include Primogems, an exclusive player background card, Mora, and upgrade materials.
