MiHoYo have released several new Genshin Impact Arataki Itto and Gorou trailers, the latest characters to be added to their gacha action-RPG.

Gorou is Sangonomiya Kokomi’s most trusted general in their battle against the Raiden Shogun’s forces. Gorou was a major character in the recent Inazuma story arc, and is now available as a playable character.

Gorou is a 4-star Geo bow user that focuses on buffing the party. His Elemental Skill plants a war banner that deals AoE damage and enhances your party with defensive buffs that increase in effectiveness the more Geo characters you are using. His Elemental Burst works in a similar way, but instead of being a static AoE, it follows the player around as a magical floating dog. Finally, Gorou’s exploration skill highlights nearby Inazuma resources on your mini-map.

Arataki Itto is a rowdy oni, and the self-proclaimed first and greatest leader of the Arataki Gang. Itto spends most of his time slacking off, only taking sporadic odd jobs when he needs a bit of mora. Arataki Itto has recently regained his Vision following the events of the Inazuma storyline, and is once again ready to cause trouble, and headaches, for the people of Inazuma.

Arataki Itto is this patch’s new 5-star character, and is a DPS-focused Geo claymore brawler. His fighting style is based around building Superlative Superstrength stacks that can be expended to enhance his charge attacks. His Elemental Skill summons Ushi, a small bull that acts as the Arataki Gang’s mascot. Ushi charges forward, dealing Geo damage and taunting nearby enemies until his HP runs out. Meanwhile, Itto’s Elemental Burst allows him to enter the Raging Oni King stance, greatly increasing his combat prowess. Itto’s exploration skill means that players will occasionally get extra wood logs while chopping trees for resources.

Both Arataki Itto and Gorou are available as part of the new Oni’s Royale limited time character wish banner. They are joined by the 4-star characters Barbara and Xiangling, both of which also receive increased pull rates.

A new Epitome Invocation weapon banner is running as well, and showcases the 5-star Skyward Harp bow and brand-new 5-star Redhorn Stonethresher claymore (Arataki Itto’s signature weapon), alongside the 4-star weapons The Bell (claymore), Favonius Lance (polearm), Mitternachts Waltz (bow), and Sacrifical Fragments (catalyst).
