Japanese developer MAGES. has announced Gekisou! BAND STAR, a brand new music rhythm game they have in development.

Gekisou! BAND STAR is in development for Nintendo Switch with a release set for sometime this winter in Japan. The game will be playable at Tokyo Game Show 2025 at the Happinet booth.

Music fans can expect the new game to include songs from numerous popular Japanese artists like YOASOBI, AKB48, and Omoinotake, with over 120,000 arrangement options.
