• Funimation App for Nintendo Switch Releases December 15

    A new app for the Nintendo Switch will allow anime viewers to watch titles on their device. The app introduces a new layout that will be used going forward on other devices.

    The new application was announced on Funimation’s official blog page. The app is also expected to release on the new next-gen consoles such as the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X in the future.

    While prior consoles like the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 were able to stream anime, the Funimation app will introduce the capability to the Nintendo Switch for the first time.
