Indie developer Panic Stations has announced Frog Sqwad, a slapstick physics-based multiplayer adventure game,

Frog Sqwad is in development for Windows PC (via Steam) with a release set for sometime next year, in 2026. A playtest is planned – signups are available over on its Steam page.

Here’s a rundown on the game, plus its reveal trailer:

Join a team of up to 8 friends in a physics-based slapstick bonanza! On a mission to feed the ravenous Swamp King, you’ll use your sticky tongue to swing from pipes, solve physics puzzles, drag giant food through winding tunnels and catapult your friends to victory.

Eat eat EAT to grow bigger than your teammates, until you swell into a round, rolling Megafrog! Each successful run earns you Gold, which you can cash in on new physics toys and gadgets to give you an edge on future missions. Just make sure to meet your quotas, or you might end up as the King’s next meal…
