The publisher behind Friday the 13th The Game are releasing an update to give players all in-game content (except DLC) for free.
As previously reported, Gun Interactive’s license for Friday the 13th will expire at the end of the year and the game will be removed from sale.
As such, the price of the game was sent to the floor alongside DLC content at only $4.99 for the base game and $0.99 for each DLC pack.
In order to facilitate their one last hurrah, all unlockable in-game content will now be made available for all players including:
- 30 Legendary Perks
- Player Level 150
- All kill animations unlocked
- All “Challenge Skulls” earned
Although Friday the 13th: The Game is fading into memory, Gun Interactive has taken what they learned from this title and are working on a Texas Chainsaw Massacre game that’s been met with positive remarks on social media.
Friday the 13th: The Game is available on Windows PC (via Steam), Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
