Fortnite‘s Chapter 5 collaboration with Lego is coming soon, and players will be able to receive an exclusive skin for linking their accounts.

Lego Fortnite will feature over 1200 conversions of iconic skins into the Lego style, and players can get started by unlocking a free style right now.

The process to receive Explorer Emilie is pretty simple, and requires players to create a Lego Insiders account, which needs to be linked with an Epic Games account.

To do so, you simply need to follow this link to the Lego website, and create an account. After your account has been created, you should make sure to join the Lego Insiders program, which can also net you some rewards for other Lego products, aside from the free skin.

To finish up, go to the Epic Games store, and navigate to your account’s settings, specifically the Apps & Accounts tab, where you’ll be able to start the linking process with your Lego account.

Lego Fortnite is set to release December 7th, 2023, supposedly as a separate game, although not many details have been confirmed yet. What is known, however, is that linking both accounts will net you the Explorer Emilie skin on Fortnite‘s Battle Royale mode, and the Lego version of that skin on Lego Fortnite.

At the moment it is unknown if the Lego skins will be available to use in the regular Battle Royale modes, but it’s widely believed that they will be locked to Lego Fortnite only.

Fortnite is available and free-to-play on Windows PC, Mac (both via the official website and Epic Games Store), Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X. Lego Fortnite is set to release December 7th, for all of the platforms listed previously.
