    Publisher Square Enix and developer Toylogic have announced FOAMSTARS is going free-to-play this fall, a drastic change within a year of the game’s release.

    FOAMSTARS is going free-to-play on October 4th, and to compensate for users that actually bought the game freebies will be given out:

    • 12 exclusive color-variant Bubble Beastie skins
    • 1 exclusive Slide Board design
    • 1 title: “Legacy”

    FOAMSTARS has been available since February 2024 on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 as a paid release, though it was on PlayStation Plus since day one.
