Canadian developer Klei Entertainment (Shank, Don’t Starve, Invisible Inc.,has been working on their first 3D game, Hot Lava.

The game takes a classic game played by kids (and sometimes adults) where you imagine the floor is made up of hot lava. Now, this has been literally applied to a parkour-esque platforming game. Featured above, you can view the game’s debut gameplay trailer.

Outside of that, we don’t really know much about the game – however signups for its coming beta test are available. You can also try to glean things from its Steam page.

Hot Lava is currently in development for Windows PC.
