Team 17 has confirmed that Flockers, their first new IP in over a decade, is coming to Playstation 4 on September 23rd. Featured above, a brand new trailer was shown off for the upcoming puzzler.

The studio is widely known for their iconic Worms series, although Flockers is generally more akin to another classic IP – Lemmings. The story behind Flockers is somewhat of a hilarious dark twist – the sheep from Worms are tired of being used as weapons by the worms, so they make a break towards freedom.

The key to winning in Flockers is to successfully guide your literal flock of sheep to a safe goal at the end of each level. Naturally, there are various machinations and traps that will squish, dice, and brutalize your poor little sheep.

In total, there are 60 levels for you to complete, and lots of customization rewards for you to unlock for the sheep. These include 17 ridiculous skins for your sheep to don, six different colors of blood (to enhance the bloody messes) and even a Golden Fleece that is discoverable in each level.
