Japanese rock band “the pillows” has released the third volume of the OST from FLCL season one on Spotify.
The new volume features songs from later episodes of the series like Blues Drive Monster which was featured during the climactic battle of episode 5, Funny Bunny which set the tone early in episode 6, Last Dinosaur from the final fight in episode 6, and of course Little Busters which appears multiple times in the series and could almost be considered Canti’s theme (at least I think it is).
The soundtrack from FLCL features music exclusively from the pillows, a trait which also defined later seasons of the series. The soundtrack features hits from multiple albums such as Happy Bivouac, Little Busters, My Foot, and more.

The series was popularized in the west when it aired on Adult Swim in the early 2000s. Adult Swim has recently announced two new series (or I guess seasons?) called FLCL: Grunge and FLCL: Shoegaze. A release date for these new series have yet to be announced.
