Success Corporation has share the first gameplay for Umihara Kawase Fresh!.

Featured above, the first gameplay for the game was shown off at this year’s Tokyo Game Show, via 4Gamer (Editor’s Note: We’ve recorded the gameplay segment from the livestream and reuploaded above for your convenience).

The new game follows series protagonist Kawase Umihara, a young sushi chef that becomes lost in a strange world of fish and other creatures. You’ll be exploring a metroidvania style map and completing quests, as well as run into various characters.

Umihara Kawase Fresh! is set for a worldwide release on Nintendo Switch sometime next year.
