Double Damage has shown off the first gameplay for the recently announced Rebel Galaxy Outlaw.
Featured above, the debut gameplay shows off the upcoming prequel to their trading and space combat sandbox game.
Here’s a rundown on the game:
Rebel Galaxy Outlaw takes place in a greasy, blue-collar world of outlaws, truckers, cops and thieves. Nobody’s saving the universe around here. They’d settle for saving their own skin. Slide into your cockpit, switch on the Subspace Radio and listen to one of 7 stations with over 21 hours of music, DJs and commercials.
Drop by a seedy dive bar and play a round of 8-ball or dice poker for credits or gear. Or just sweat a few rounds of StarVenger. But don’t waste too much time, those Tachyon Lasers aren’t going to buy themselves.
Key Features:
- Last Chance on the Final Frontier – The big empty is filled with lowlifes, cops, pirates, and blue-collar folks just trying to get by. Plenty of room to make some money – or some mayhem.
- Kickass Combat – White-knuckle maneuvers, greasy explosions, and 25mm slugs shredding steel. Space combat with the emphasis placed squarely on ‘hell yes’.
- Strap in, Tune Up – Slap down some cash for the right ship for the job. Outfit it with a vast array of weapons, armor, and gear. Apply a custom paintjob and get flyin’.
Rebel Galaxy Outlaw is set for a 2019 release across Windows PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
