Gust’s upcoming traditional RPG set within the world of Ciel no Surge has finally gotten some gameplay footage published.

The video shows off various anime cutscenes, the swimsuit laden purification ceremonies, and of course, the wicked awesome combat in the game.

I have to give it to the team at Gust who make these games that feature made up languages – they sound so mysterious and yet beautiful. The entire game sounds quite ambitious as it features a world map, towns, and that excellent looking battle system.

While there is no Western release for Ar no Surge confirmed yet, rest assured it has a solid chance. This is especially a high possiblity considering the Senran Kagura games and various other games chock full of fanservice getting brought over.
