• First Artwork for CyberConnect2’s Nausicaa-like Action RPG, Venom

    CyberConnect2 recently announced their hot new action RPG, the tentatively named “Project Venom.”

    Now, we’ve gotten the first high-quality artwork (via Famitsu) for the upcoming game.

    The entirely new IP is focused on recapturing the magic older role playing games had on players. It’s described as not being massive or open-world in scale, opting instead for a more rewarding experience.

    CyberConnect2 CEO and company president Hiroshi Matsuyama said the game is reminiscent of the Studio Ghibli classic Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, which you can definitely see from the provided artwork.

    The 2017-bound action RPG is set for a worldwide release across PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
