• Final Fantasy VIII is on Steam Now

    Square Enix has confirmed that the Playstation 1 RPG classic Final Fantasy VIII has joined VII on the Steam platform. Its release brings a host of new features as well.

    • A magic booster that allows you to power up your spells
    • Steam cloud support
    • 45 achievements
    • The Chocobo World minigame, which was unseen to Western players in the original Playstation release

    Square Enix also confirmed that the title has sold over 8.5 million copies worldwide to date.
