With the PlayStation Experience coming out of the gates swinging, the team showed off Final Fantasy VII Remake’s gameplay right at the beginning. Take a look at the trailer above.

Aside from the absolutely amazing looks of the game itself, it appears that the team has adopted a more action based combat system, possibly something more akin to what Crisis Core played like.

We only get a glimpse of it in the trailer, so all bets are off at this point, but it will be interesting to see where it all goes.
