Square Enix has announced Final Fantasy VII: A Symphonic Reunion, the first-ever concert dedicated entirely to Final Fantasy VII.

The concert is going down on June 9th at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, and pre-sale tickets are going up on April 20th at 12 PM Pacific / 3 PM Eastern, via Wild Faery. You can also visit the event’s website here.

The concert will feature an orchestra with over 100 musicians and a choir as well, coupled with a giant screen HD video projection of the best moments of the game’s story, hand picked for the concert.

Considering the date of the concert and its proximity to this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo (which runs from June 11th to the 13th), it’s possible we’ll get new information on the upcoming Final Fantasy VII Remake, for PlayStation 4.
