Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster series tops 3 million copies sold

Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster

Square Enix has announced the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster series has sold over 3 million copies, worldwide.

The new milestone was announced roughly 4 months after the collection sold over 2 million copies – meaning it moved 1 million copies since then.

The remastered releases of all six original Final Fantasy games have been available for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and smartphones. Check out our review here!

Here’s a rundown on the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster series:

Classic “FINAL FANTASY” titles have been reborn through vivid 2D pixel graphics and the beautifully rearranged soundtrack. Gameplay is improved with modernized UI, and extras such as a bestiary, illustration gallery and music player allow further immersion into the world of the game.

These games are newly developed remaster editions based on the original titles. Some of the changes and additional elements found in other remakes of these games are not include
