Jump’s newest issue shared some more new information regarding Final Fantasy Explorers. This game is really shaping up to be awesome.

Two new classes were revealed – Red Mage (no surprise there) and Machinist. Red Mages, as per usual Final Fantasy fare, use swords and magic interchangeably to gain the upper hand, while the Machinist can attack enemies with very quick, rapid-fire attacks.

In addition to that, two new summons were mentioned. Odin, and his mighty eight-legged horse Sleipnir are set to make an appearance. And Amaterasu, the goddess of the sun, is making her first Final Fantasy appearance.

The game is set for release in Japan on December 18th, with no news yet of a North American or European release. Hopefully soon, on that.
