• Final Fantasy Boss Says Final Fantasy X-3 Could Still Happen

    Final Fantasy X-3 is still a possibility, according to Final Fantasy boss Shinji Hashimoto.

    Speaking at a conference (thanks GamerClick, via Siliconera) during Lucca Comics & Games 2016 in Italy last month, Hashimoto said that Square’s teams are completely focused on the Final Fantasy VII Remake and Kingdom Hearts III.

    Coming from this, Hashimoto said that while they know fans are still looking for more games in the Final Fantasy X universe, they’re pleading with them to hold out a bit longer.

    Hashimoto also talked up the newly announced Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX for PlayStation 4. He said that the PlayStation 4 release will allow fans to finally own the entire collection on the same console – and it features huge visual improvements over the PS3 original.
