Square Enix has announced the dates for the Final Fantasy 35th anniversary CRYSTALLINE RESONANCE piano tour, which kicks off later this year.

The CRYSTALLINE RESONANCE piano tour launches the worldwide events on November 17th, 2022 at the Boom Chicago in Amsterdam. The European leg of the tour runs through February 2023, after which there’s a few Australian/Asian dates, and then finally the American tour picks up in March 2023.

Here’s a rundown on the new tour:

Following the acclaimed PIANO OPERA: music from FINAL FANTASY World Tour in 2015-2016, CRYSTALLINE RESONANCE: FINAL FANTASY Piano Concert takes over with a brand-new concert, revisiting all the series’ games.

For the first-time in an official piano concert, each concert will feature sublime live performances of beloved titles such as “Heavensward” from FINAL FANTASY XIV, “Somnus” from FINAL FANTASY XV, and “Zanarkand” from FINAL FANTASY X.

Classics from FFI through IX won’t be forgotten, with pieces such as “One-Winged Angel” or “Liberi Fatali”. Emotions will be elevated with music being performed perfectly in sync with HD video projections of the most memorable moments of each game!

The year 2022 is marking the 35th anniversary of the entire FINAL FANTASY video game franchise, which has sold more than 168 million video game copies worldwide. Celebrate the occasion with the start of this new and intimate concert featuring the most acclaimed video game music in the world! Gifted pianists will perform a highly entertaining and majestic performance that will make all those famous melodies resonate as never before!

From Boston to Los Angeles, from London to Budapest, from Singapore to Sydney, Crystalline Resonance: FINAL FANTASY Piano Concert will be performed in more than 45 cities and in some of the world’s most gorgeous concert halls, featuring premium acoustics and some luxurious atmospheres.

The tour includes venues such as the Cadogan Hall (London), the Glass Hall Magna Auditorium (Vienna), the Musikaliska (Stockholm), the Esplanade Concert Hall (Singapore), the Lincoln Center (New York), and the Madison Center for the Arts (Phoenix).”
