MangaGamer have announced that the DLC for Steam Prison containing a route for the character Fin would be coming to the English version of the game.

Steam Prison is a fantasy otome game where players take on the role of Cyrus Tistella, a well-to-do women from the part of the city called The Heights. In The Heights, citizens are largely able to ignore the poverty stricken region of The Depths where violence and filth are commonplace.

As part of the setting’s police, a mission takes her into The Depths for the first time. After being falsely accused of a crime, she has to decide what she wants her place to be in this deeply stratified society.

The route for the character Fin; a co-worker of Cyrus and one of the game’s bachelors, tells a drastically different story. Fin takes the blame for the crime the protagonist is accused of in every other route. This allows players to see the game world from an entirely different angle, as they’re no longer the ones being subject to false accusations and derision as they solve the mystery.

Setting
There are two kinds of people: the rulers and the ruled. The Heights are a gorgeous utopia. The Depths, a filthy industrial wasteland. Our heroine, raised in the Heights, has nothing but contempt for those below. Now an observation mission requires her to descend into that world, and the gears of fate have begun to turn.
