    Fear Effect 2: Retro Helix

    Limited Run Games has announced a modern re-release for Fear Effect 2: Retro Helix, in collaboration with IP holder Square Enix.

    Fear Effect 2: Retro Helix is coming to Windows PC (via Steam), Nintendo Switch, PS4, and PS5 sometime in 2026 with physical editions planned for Switch and PS5.

    Originally released for the original PlayStation in 2001 by Kronos Digital Entertainment and published by Eidos Interactive, the prequel to Fear Effect has never been ported since.
