If you’ve never played the Fatal Frame series, think of them as Pokemon Snap meets Ghostbusters. Needless to say, the series has always been pretty horrifying.

Now, the third entry in the Fatal Frame series, The Tormented, is coming to the Playstation Network as a Playstation 2 classic. Exciting news for anyone who missed the original release!

The series director, Makoto Shibata, spoke on the Playstation Blog about where his inspirations for the series came from, it’s some pretty fascinating and yet extremely creepy/horrifying stuff.
