Fans have begun to “reverse review bomb” Hi-Fi RUSH in support of Tango Gameworks following their closure by Microsoft.
Earlier this week, Microsoft announced they were closing some of their smaller studios such as Arkane Austin (Redfall), Roundhouse Games, and surprisingly Tango Gameworks which released Hi-Fi RUSH to critical acclaim last year.
To make matters even more confusing, Xbox Game Studios head Matt Booty expressed a desire to release better but smaller games saying: “We need smaller games that give us prestige and awards.” (Note: Hi-Fi RUSH received multiple awards)
