You may have saw that I reported the other day about how Famitsu reported on a Madoka Magica game for the PS3.  You can see that article here.

Well it appears that even the great Famitsu isn’t infalliable as they reported the info incorrectly, the game is actually for the PSVita.  Famitsu reported the correction directly on their website, but here is the specific Madoka news complete with horrible google translation.
