Bethesda has confirmed that Fallout 4 is unlocking two main limitations that previous games in the series have seen.
Fans can expect the game to no longer have a level cap, nor will the game end following the completion of the main story.
This is a switch-up in comparison to both Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, where the games had set level caps (which were extended later via downloadable content). Fallout 3 also had a set ending, which also got changed up following post-launch downloadable content.
Fallout 4 is launching across PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One on November 10th.
