Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout and Among Us Crossover Teased

Fall Guys Among Us Crossover

Devolver Digital has teased a crossover between Mediatonic’s Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, and Innersloth’s Among Us.

After the meteoric rise and success of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout after its launch on August 4th, 2020, other games of a similar genre were recommended by online stores such as Steam. This gave 2018’s Among Us a new lease of life, especially when YouTubers and streamers started playing it.

Now, the official twitter account for Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout has teased a cross over with Among Us.

While at first it seems to be a mere animation referencing Among Us, you can see a Fall Guy’s face in the visor, along with the text stating a Fall Guy was ejected.

The simplest conclusion would be a that Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is getting an Among Us themed costume. The move would be logical, as other costumes based on IPs have been in the game; including Cuphead, Godzilla, Sonic the Hedgehogand more. At this time, there has been not public statement by Innersloth, but we imagine a face-visor resembling a Fall Guy could become a costume for the game.

It is unlikely we will see more a more complex cross over- such as an Among Us style mode in Fall Guys, but stranger things have happened.

The “forbidden” part may be in reference to how Among Us has become a bit of a meme recently, such as finding objects in photos and images that look like the main character, and the faux mass hysteria as people cannot stop noticing it (or referencing the meme and “Sus”). The incredible popularity of both titles is sure to have many surprised at the news regardless.

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is available on Windows PC (via Steam), PlayStation 4, Summer 2021 on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. In case you missed it, you can find our review here (we highly recommend it!)

Among Us is available on Windows PC (via Itch.io, and Steam), nintendo Switch, Android, iOS, and 2021 on Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
