Sony Computer Entertainment and Tequila Works revealed a brand new trailer for Rime, their gorgeous adventure/exploration game, during this year’s Gamescom.

Featured above, the gameplay trailer shows off a more in depth look at the world within Rime, while also leaving me waiting with baited breath. The PS4 exclusive is set within a world shrouded in “mystery, intrigue, and adventure.”

The player steps into the shoes of a boy that wakes only to find himself lost on a brilliantly colored island. The only friends and company he can find are the animals that survive and thrive on the island. You have to guide the boy through the locales and solve puzzles, hopefully leading you towards an answer to his mysterious abandonment.

Curiously, Tequila Works have cited the island as an “integral character”, saying that by discovering more parts of it, players will be able to find the answers like “Who is the boy? Why is the boy here? Why is he alone?”

A release date is still unconfirmed for Rime.
