Independent Japanese developer Examu has announced a crowdfunding campaign to publish Arcana Heart 3 LOVE MAX SIX STARS!!!!!! on PC.

The new release for the crossover 2D fighting game will be localized in English, and if the Kickstarter for the game is successful, they’ll consider making a new character and making a “collected edition” follow up, including stories and characters from earlier games in the franchise,

The Kickstarter isn’t up yet, however you can sign up to be notified when it goes live here. Arcana Heart 3 features a unique “Arcana” mechanic, allowing you to pick a spirit-like Arcana alongside your physical combatant. This Arcana will enhance and specialize your fighter, which combined with the “Homing” command, enables you to react quickly and strategically.

Arcana Heart 3 has been localized and published in the west in its “LOVE MAX!!!!!” version for PlayStation 3 and PS Vita. The game’s later version, “LOVE MAX SIX STARS!!!!!!”, was released in Japanese arcades back in December of 2014. Arcana Heart 3 LOVE MAX SIX STARS!!!!!! brings with it a new character, Minori, as well as the new Blood Arcana type.
