Deadly Premonition is a very polarizing game, either bringing on critical acclaim or disgust at its very unique story, characters, and so on. We did a review for the Director’s Cut, which you can see here.
Now, the publisher behind the Director’s Cut, Rising Star Games, is bringing out a digital companion book to the game’s development, sharing lots of insight from director Hidetaka “Swery65” Suehiro.
The Official Visual Companion book will be available tomorrow on iPad, and it will have over a hundred interactive components that have hidden goodies, excerpts from Swery65’s actual notebook that he would write down ideas and thoughts regarding the game into, three new interactive maps, new sketches and concept art – and of course, a soundboard with voices and songs from the game.
Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut is coming to Steam on November 1st.
