Atlus USA have shared the opening cutscene to the upcoming 3DS remake of the original Etrian Odyssey. You can view the cutscene below, it’s pretty awesome:

The game’s cutscenes are done by anime studio Madhouse, who are probably most famous for Death Note. You can also check out the other enhancements the game has with our previous piece on the game.
