Enad Global 7 has announced they’ve acquired Daybreak Game Company.

The $300 million deal includes Daybreak Game Company and all of their properties like PlanetSide, EverQuest, DC Universe Online, and more. The deal is expected to close by the end of this year.

Enad Global 7 is a host of companies that creates, publishes, distributes, and promotes video games – with existing studios like Antimatter Games, Big Blue Bubble, and more recently MechWarrior series developer Piranha Games.
