Square Enix has announced Emberstoria, a new free-to-play strategy RPG they have in development for multiple platforms.
Emberstoria is in development for Windows PC (via DMM Games), iOS (via the App Store), and Android (via Google Play) and is only planned for release in Japan. A release date wasn’t confirmed but its store pages list it for a November 29th release.

A land overrun with demons. A place where the wisdom of countless lost worlds rests. Using the technology they unearthed, people were able to make giant ships float in the sky and resurrect the souls smoldering in the depths of the earth as powerful warriors.
Purgatory—a land infested with monsters, a place where the wisdom of numerous lost worlds sleeps.
