DLC fighter Eleven has leaked ahead of the Street Fighter V Champion Edition Winter update livestream.
We previously reported about the upcoming Street Fighter V Champion Edition Winter update livestream; detailing information on DLC characters Dan Hibiki and Rose. Both characters were revealed in August 2020, along with Oro, Akira Kazama, and a fifth unknown character.
It seems this last character was set to be revealed during the livestream, scheduled for February 11th at 9:00 a.m. PT via Twitch; currently less than 15 minutes as of this time of writing.
EuroGamer reports the leak came via a mass email Twitch sent to users, which subsequently made its way onto social media. They also note how Capcom may have cryptically teased the announcement themselves with a tweet discussing the livestream. “Friendly reminder: #SFVWinterUpdate + Season 5 news, February Eleven.”
Eleven is a previously unplayable character and predecessor to shape-shifting fighter Twelve. He was created by Dr. Whoo of the Secret Society; made by reforming plant-life instead of animals. In Urien’s story in Street Fighter V, he has Eleven turn into a copy of himself. It was also used by Kolin to resurrect Nash.
We will keep you informed as the livestream premieres.
The Dan Hibiki DLC is set to launch February 2021, and the Rose DLC Spring 2021. Oro and Akira launch Summer 2021, and Eleven launches Fall 2021. Each DLC character will also include a new stage and numerous costumes for themselves.
