The Elder Scrolls Online Gets a Free Week

Publisher Bethesda Softworks and developer Zenimax Online Studios have announced a free play week for The Elder Scrolls Online.

Beginning tomorrow and running through April 18th, players will be able to play the completely unrestricted base Tamriel Unlimited MMORPG, as well as spend 500 Crowns in the in-game store towards costumes, pets, boosters, and more.

During this time both The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited and The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Edition will naturally be marked down in price, however pricing wasn’t confirmed at this time. If you pony up for the full game, any save data, purchases, and so on will be transferred over.

The game’s latest expansion, The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind, is launching worldwide on June 6th. You can read more about The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind here, in our previous report.
