Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes Switch port announced

Developer Rabbit & Bear Studios announced an Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes Switch port is coming alongside its main release.

The new Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes Switch port is coming alongside its previously confirmed Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 versions sometime in 2023.

“That’s right! Given recent speculation over the Nintendo Switch and potential next generation Nintendo iterations, we wanted to play it safe and investigate what options we had before fully committing to a Nintendo Switch version,” the developer said in a new Kickstarter update.

They added, “But now the wait is over and we’re delighted to confirm that Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes will also be landing on Nintendo Switch!”

The new Kickstarter update also has a new character introduction for Yaelu, a teenage girl that omes from a small town in the League of Nations. She never reveals her eyes, a tradition from her clan – which also hides the entire town from outsiders with a rune-lens.

The Natsume Atari-made 2.5D prequel action RPG Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising was just released across Windows PC (via SteamGOG, and the Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. The game will also be available via Xbox Game Pass.
