Japanese developer Rabbit & Bear Studios have announced Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is delayed to 2024.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is forgoing its previously planned 2023 release for one sometime in Q2 of 2024.

When the game does release, it’ll be available across Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. A new gameplay video was also shared.

“In order to deliver a game that so many fans have supported, we announce a revised release date of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, with the game now due during Calendar Year Q2 of 2024,” the developer said in an update. “The decision was made in order to ensure the best possible story, and to reward the legion of backers with the best game experience possible.”

It’s been awhile since we’ve heard anything on Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, the Suikoden spiritual successor from its original creators – the last big update was a trailer from Tokyo Game Show 2022.
