Editable Platformer “Million to One Hero” Now in Early Access

Over the Top Games have announced their platformer Million to One Hero has entered Early Access.

In a similar vein to Ultimate Chicken Horse and Super Mario Maker, players can edit levels for themselves and others to complete. However, the game also allows the creation of adventures, stories, and more advanced options:

“Million to One Hero proposes an eccentric pixelated platformer with a powerful in-game editor that goes a step beyond just level creation: players can use it to create their own “adventures”. From creating quests, adding NPC’s and dialogs, to playing with the music or the climate of each level, the multiple narrative tools allow players to create their own stories and share them with the rest of the world.”

In addition, Million to One Hero currently has a competition. During the “Launch Week Challenge”, players will compete “to be the fastest in an in-game feat.” The winner will have a pixel art statue of themselves added to the game. In addition, the game is 10% off until March 6th.

Million to One Hero is in Early Acess for Windows PC, Linux and Mac OS (via Steam).
