Dune: Spice Wars roadmap

Shiro Games have released the Dune: Spice Wars roadmap, teasing new content and updates for their 4X RTS that recently entered Early Access.

The new Dune: Spice Wars roadmap confirms the game will naturally get regular updates that address bugs, glitches, performance, and other quality of life issues. Furthermore, the game’s first major content update will be sometime in summer 2022.

This first update, which is the devs’ current priority, will add online multiplayer for up to four players, in both competitive and co-op varieties. Also coming sometime in Summer is another update that adds a new faction and new victory condition.

Other updates, which currently don’t have a release window, will add new units, new structures, and hero units called councilors.

Dune: Spice Wars is now available in Early Access for Windows PC via Steam.
