• Dune: Awakening tops one million copies sold

    Publisher and developer Funcom announced Dune: Awakening has topped 1 million copies sold already not long after its big global release.

    The new milestone for their ambitious MMO set in the iconic sci-fi universe was reached not long after its June 10th debut for PC (via Steam). Console ports are planned for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 sometime later.

    Dune: Awakening is now the fastest-selling game ever for Funcom, and in comparison Conan Exiles took one year to reach the same milestone. The game also far surpassed Conan Exiles’ concurrent player count on Steam, 189,000 concurrent players for the former over the latter at a peak 54,403 players.
