Indie developer Starbrew Games has announced a release date for Duck Side of the Moon, their cozy sci-fi adventure game starring a multi-planetary mallard.

Duck Side of the Moon is set to launch this spring across Windows PC (via Steam) and Switch, on May 7th. A playable demo has been available on PC.

Waddle and fly as a duck in space! Duck Side of the Moon is an exploration game about a duck astronaut stranded in a cozy galaxy, focused on open-world crafting and relaxed quests.

Players drift through a whimsical galaxy as Doug the duck, gathering materials, crafting gadgets and upgrading their crashed spaceship, turning it into a cozy home. The game centers around relaxation, featuring no combat or death. Crashed because he’s overworked, Doug is destined to learn the value of rest! (Or is he?)
