Publisher tinyBuild and developer Hungry Couch announced Drill Core is leaving early access this summer.
Their strategic mining game is leaving early access on July 17th for Windows PC (via Steam). A Nintendo Switch version is planned for later this year.
Drill Core was originally released for PC via early access back in September of 2024..

- Drill to the Core – Manage a team of miners, carriers, and guards through hazardous missions to extract minerals and power the drill platform. With indirect unit control, you have to plan your descent carefully and manage your resources wisely – every decision counts as you race against time to prevent climate collapse!
- Deploy Your Defenses – Each night, aliens will attack the drill platform. Strategically fortify the drilling zone with turrets and upgrade your defenses to repel increasingly monstrous threats! Experiment with turret layouts to maximize their effectiveness, and incorporate new technologies you discover during the run.
