We’ve covered a lot of simulators, to name a few: goat simulator, cat simulator, grass simulator, rock simulator, farming simulator, bear simulator, cow simulator, cow-girl farmer simulator, and even a mountain simulator. I got a press release for yet another simulator that is seemingly a meatier experience than a majority of the flock we’ve seen.
Enter Dragon, a dragon simulator (featured above) where you … well, just do dragon things. You live out the story that you want, and you have a lot of dragon abilities at your disposal.
The game is coming to Steam Early Access on November 7th, and even with its current build you can already see your dragon progress by fighting, eating, and hunting your way to power. You can customize your dragon’s wings, claws, tail, and even your breath weapons.
Naturally, you can decide to be a benevolent or destructive creature, it’s entirely up to you. You can threaten city states, or you can help battle under the banner of an entire kingdom. You’ll encounter not only humans but other dragons, trolls, giants, orcs, and other beasties.
Here is a bullet list of features you’ll get in the Early Alpha:
- Single and multi-player Co-op and PVP
- Save and load your dragon
- Moddable dragons and maps
- Basic combat and RPG mechanics
- Fire burns trees, villagers, and wooden buildings
- Physics based flight
- Real time day-night cycle
You can find Dragon on Steam Early Access here for $17.99 dollars, and if you purchase it within the first week you’ll get Dragon at a 20% percent discount.
