    Dragon Quest VII Reimagined

    Square Enix announced a playable demo for Dragon Quest VII Reimagined, giving players a first chance at playing the remake.

    The new playable demo is launching on January 7th for PC and consoles, and save data from the demo will transfer over to the full game.

    Furthermore, players who have save data from the demo with the full game will get the “Maribel’s Day Off Dress” reward.

    The game’s opening movie was also revealed:

    Dragon Quest VII Reimagined is set to launch across Windows PC (via Steam and the Microsoft Store), Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, and PS5 with a release date set for February 5th, 2026.
