• Dragon Quest Heroes Release Date and Slime Collector’s Edition Revealed

    Square Enix has confirmed the release date for Dragon Quest Heroes in the west.

    The hotly-anticipated musou game will be arriving in North America on October 13th. Alongside the release date announcement was the reveal for a new limited edition release, which you can view below:

    Setting you back $99.99, the new “Slime Collector’s Edition” comes with the following goodies:

    ●      Slime Plushie, Slime Key Chain and Slime Lanyard.
    ●      Helpful Slime-themed downloadable content for characters to equip including a Slime Sword, Gooey Gloves, Goomerang, Goopid’s Bow, Squishing Rod, Gungenir, Slime-on-a-Stick, Gooreat Sword and Splat O’Nine Tails
    ●      Bonus quest items, including the Gold-digger’s Map and Happy Map

    You can pre-order the Slime Collector’s Edition here, exclusively via the Square Enix store.

    There’s also a day one edition coming, with bonus downloadable content that includes various slime-equipment: Slime Sword, Gooey Gloves, Goomerang, Squishing Rod and Gungenir.
