    Publisher Square Enix and developer DeNA announced Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai: A Hero’s Bonds is shutting down.

    The smartphone spinoff is shutting down on April 26th at 8 PM Pacific / 11 PM Eastern.


    In a new update to fans, the development team said they decided to shut down the game after discussing the “challenges and practicalities of delivering this same standard in the future.”

    Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai: A Hero’s Bonds was launched back in September 2021 for iOS (via the App Store) and Android (via the Google Play Store).
